Our service starts before our professional homecare specialist shows up at your door. We will review your needs and desires through discussion with you and your family members and, if necessary, physicians, social workers, hospitals, or facility staff to make sure we understand the best course of service for your individual needs.
We will then work with you and your family members to craft a daily needs program that establishes the regimen which will bring about the highest quality of life. We do this in complete consideration of you; we NEVER dictate times or schedules—we will provide your service at your convenience.
Once we know what you need and when you need it, we will provide a match with one of our most qualified caregivers; someone who knows exactly how to best serve you. We will even arrange introductions and interviews so that you can choose a person who will be a good “fit” for your personality.
After our professional staff begins meeting your home care needs, we continue to be a part of your overall care program. We will use personalized contacts, telephone check-ins, and occasional home visits. Of most significance, however, is that we continue to dialogue with the individual who is assisting you so that we can ensure your continued satisfaction.
